Dylan Van Gerpen started his real estate career in 2008 as a property manager of a large South Kansas City apartment complex.
After leaving that career Dylan was involved in government work and managing a data center. Dylan then decided to get back into the real estate industry by running a successful home inspection company in Kansas City.
Dylan Van Gerpen then got his real estate license in 2013 for Missouri and Kansas and started DV Real Estate KC and placed his company with Keller Williams KC North.
Working full time as a real estate agent in the KC metro region, Dylan can help you with any type of residential real estate transaction, land, or portfolio management. Dylan also has a passion and expertise in historic properties and specializes in restoration and the urban core.
